Please remember that per the member agreement:

All freezes and cancellations must be made BEFORE the 1st of the month. We will not process refunds after our billing is run on the 1st. If you forgot to cancel or freeze, you are paid through the month and can continue to use the facility.

We will assess the $20 fee if we do not have your card at the time of billing (if freezing, keep your card, we will reactivate it upon your return).
